The unfortunate incident occurred on Sunday afternoon; 18 July 2021 at Tinkong in Akuapem North Municipality in the Eastern region.
Brother of the deceased Benjamin Boateng told the media, The deceased John Atta Asamoah Duodu was deceived to take a loan to invest in online network marketing business called Qnet which turned out to be a scam.
He added that apart from the fact that Atta complained he only takes home ¢500 after the deduction of his loan, He incessantly complained of hardship and started hallucinating.
